We offer a wide range of items from different product categories that would cater to different recipients. You can visit each category by clicking on the category name on the left side panel.
Among the categories available for our customers are:

Balloons – houses various balloon arrangements uniquely combined with stuff toys, chocos, flowers and fruits. This would be a great gift fit for any type of celebration

Cakes and Pastries – Looking for something that would satisfy both the sweet tooth and the stomach? Choose from this collection of the best cakes, pastries and desserts catered to your recipients wants using your own personal touch.

Chocos and Candies – Sweet treats ready to be sent out to your special someone. Allow them to indulge in these traditionally great goodies packed into unique arrangements catered to people across all ages and all occasions.

2. How do I look for specific gifts that I want?

To find items catered to your specific needs. You can use one of two ways:

a. Search Tool

To find items through searching you can use the Quick Find Box located on the upper left portion of the main page. Just enter key word/s of the name of the items in the box provided in the search area. Click the “Search” Button and this would automatically direct you to the results of your search. Key words could be any words referring to the name of the product that you want to search for.
If no results are shown you might want to go the Advanced Search Link. This will allow you to search items based on:

i. Product Descriptions
ii. Categories
iii. Manufacturers
iv. Prices
v. Date ( Date by which product was uploaded)

b. Shop by Category

All items created for and are featured in Sendpinoygifts.com are divided into product categories. To use this feature just click on the categories listed in the shop by category column and this will direct you to view all the items classified under that group.
e.g. Choco and Candies(Category) - Red Hot Choco Item

3. Is the price of Sendpinoygifts.com competitive with the market?

Sendpinoygifts.com’s product costs are relatively cheaper than the selling price of our major competitors. This is mainly because we directly manufacture most of our items (through Taragift Inc). Having this set-up allows Sendpinoygifts.com to cut on percentage mark-ups and give you equally good services at a minimum price.

A shipping cost is just added to the total cost of the items purchased based on the destination of the recipient. This is why prices reported in our site might differ from those that can be bought in the usual store. However, as convenience is always a plus in any purchase. We would assure you that our services will commensurate or even exceed any addition to the cost.

4. How do I buy the items?

Here are the steps in making your online purchase.

A. Specify the currency that you want to use by Choosing from the Drop Down Currency Menu in the right portion of the main page

B. Search for the product you want to buy using the Quick Find on the right panel. You may also opt to buy By Category located on the left side.

In order to ensure that you have taken note of all the instructions, serviceable areas and delivery schedule of the items that you have chosen. Click on the picture or on the "Details Button" and you will be directed to the Item Details of the particular product.

If you already want to purchase the item:
Click the “Add to Cart” Button beside the quantity box. This will automatically add the chosen item to your shopping cart. You can already indicate the quantity of the item you have chosen. If you have changed the quantity from its current default (default quantity =1) please make sure to click the “Update” button.

If you still want to buy additional items:
Click on the “Continue Shopping” button at the bottom of the page. Continue browsing for products using the same procedure in Step B. Click the “Add to Cart” button every time you choose items. Don’t forget to click the “Update” every time you make quantity changes in your shopping cart. Your “WHAT’S IN MY CART ”summary will be updated as you add these items to your cart.

"WHAT’S IN MY CART" summary area will show:
a.How many items you have already purchased
b.How much your total purchase is (w/out the shipping and handling costs)

Once you are inside the shopping cart, you may:
Remove items
-In case you wish to remove any of the items. You may do so by clicking the “Remove Item” button on the right side of the summary box. Make sure to click “UPDATE” once you make any changes.

Increase / Decrease Quantity of Items
-You may increase/ decrease the quantity of items that you intend to purchase by changing the quantity number in the quantity box. Make sure to click “UPDATE” once you make any changes.

Continue Shopping
-Simply click on the “Continue Shopping” button and follow the procedures above.

Check-out
-If you are already satisfied and are sure of the items in your cart, click the “check out” button on the bottom of the shopping cart page.

C. Upon checkout, you will be directed in one of two ways:

a. For New Members
-You will be asked to sign in as a new customer and will be asked to fill up some forms that would allow you to have an account at sendpinoygifts.com and be eligible to buy our products.

b. For Returning Customers
-You will be asked to give the e-mail address registered with Sendpinoygifts.com and your password

D. You will then be directed to DELIVERY INFORMATION page.

Here, you will be able to change or indicate your shipping address. The default shipping address is the shipping address of the registered user you may need to change your shipping address if your recipient’s address is different. You can do so by clicking on the “Change Address” button.

a. If you have existing address book entries you can just choose from your list and then click on the continue button.
b. If you don’t have an existing address from your address book you can just fill out the necessary details of the person/place where you want your item delivered.

Click the “Continue” button once all the delivery information is correct.

Note: Make sure that the correct delivery address is indicated as this will affect the shipping and handling costs. For Metro Manila deliveries make sure to indicate Metro Manila as the Province/State in the address area. Wrong addresses can also be subject to rejection of orders as indicated in our shipping policies.

E. You will then be directed to the PAYMENT INFORMATION page.

Here, you will be able to change or indicate your billing address, choose a payment method and write the message for your card.

Billing Address
-The default billing address is the address of the registered user. Should you need to change your billing address, you can do so by clicking on the “Change Address” button

Payment Method
-Please select your preferred payment method. You can either pay through credit cards, PayPal or ipay88 or through Mozcom PayEasy.

Card Details
-Where you can put the message that you want to be shown in the card that accompanies your order
-You can also specify a particular delivery date. However you must take note that:

Request for Specific Delivery Date would be done on a best effort basis only (should there be any problems with the date you specified , Sendpinoygifts.com will send you an e-mail notification ASAP)

The Specific Delivery Date must be within the range of the delivery lead time specified in each product (see product details and shipping policies)

If you make 2 orders with different delivery lead times. The order will be sent following the one with longer lead time.


Add Comments About Your Order
-For any additional comments about your order you may put them in the box provided. Indicating landmarks of your recipients address can also be helpful for ease of delivery

Click the “Continue” button once all payment information are correct.

F. You will then be directed to the ORDER CONFIRMATION page.

This would be the last stop where you can change details of your order. The Order Confirmation will show and allow you to edit the following:

Delivery Address
-Where items would be delivered

Shipping Method
-Where general destination of items are shown

Products Purchased
-Shows all the items in your shopping cart ( Note: items that are shown will be that of the existing shopping cart and all the other shopping carts where transaction was not continued)

Billing Address
-Address of person to be billed

Payment Method
-Where you indicate the mode payment you wish to use

Click the “Confirm Order” button once all information are correct

G. You will then be redirected to PayEasy's website where your Credit Card details or other payment procedure requirements will be placed. Indicate all the information being asked. Once finished, Click “Continue” and this will redirect you to the Sendpinoygifts.com website. A confirmation that your order is already being processed will be sent via e-mail as well as the invoice pertaining to your purchase.

5. What currency do I use when paying?

You may be billed in US dollars or Philippine Peso depending on the currency that you choose during shopping.

You may choose your preferred currency in the drop down menu on the upper left portion of each page.

In case you are using another currency, the rate will be based according to the prevailing US Dollar Exchange rate of your credit card company at the time of bank processing. Please take note that actual conversion is done by the Credit Card Company and not Sendpinoygifts.com

6. How do I know you have received my order?

Once you have placed your order through PayEasy, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you containing the following information:

-Order Number
-Date Ordered
-Items you purchased (product name, quantity and total amount)
-Delivery Information
-Gift card message
-Other Special Instructions
-Billing Information
-Payment Information
Please note down your Transaction Number because you will be asked for this information in case you have an inquiry about your order. If you did not receive any confirmation via email, please feel free to contact us.

7. How will my recipients receive the items that I purchased? How long does it take for them to receive the items?

Sendpinoygifts.com will deliver items purchased to your specified shipping address through our accredited couriers and own delivery service crew within the next...

a. The Standard delivery lead time is 1 to 2 days for NON-FOOD items to be shipped in Metro Manila and 2 to 3 days for those that would be shipped outside Metro Manila after order confirmation has been sent.

b. For Food items, delivery lead times may vary. Please check the item details of our food items for instructions and delivery time.

Note that if more than 1 order is made and the items have different delivery lead times. The orders will be sent following the order with the longest lead time.

8. Can we request for a preferred delivery/date or time?

“Preferred delivery dates/time” will only be served at a best effort basis. This is taking to account the availability of the item and the courier service. If a particular “preferred delivery date” cannot be met, you will be e-mailed promptly within 1 business day from the receipt of the order.

Please note when requesting for specific delivery dates/time

-The Specific Delivery Date must be within the range of the delivery lead time specified in each product (see product details and shipping policies)
-If you made 2 orders with different delivery lead times. The order will be sent following the one with longer lead time.

Kindly check your mail for updates on the status of your order. This policy would encompass delivery requests for peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentine’s and Mother’s day due to large volume of orders being sent during that particular time.

We also regret that we cannot commit specific delivery dates/times for provincial deliveries due to the constraints in routing schedules of our couriers.

9. What areas are serviceable by sendpinoygifts.com?

Sendpinoygifts.com can deliver to almost any local destination in the Philippines.

Deliveries to other key areas in Luzon , Visayas and Mindanao are delivered through our courier partner LBC. However we encourage you to email us for confirmation if provincial areas are serviceable.

Gifts will normally be delivered within 1 to 2 days upon confirmation of Order for Metro Manila and other nearby towns and 3 to 5 days for more remote provincial locations.

10. Do you have a shipping cost for the items? How much would this be?

Upon Check Out from your Shopping Cart, you will be asked to provide details of your recipient and the Shipping Address. This will be the basis for your Shipping Cost which will be added to the total cost of the items that you have included in your shopping cart.

For items that will be delivered within Metro Manila, shipping cost is FREE!. However an additional amount will be added on a per destination basis for Destinations B and C.

For Deliveries to:

Destination B: A $6.00 shipping cost will be added per item to be shipped
Destination C: A $12.00 shipping cost will be added per item to be shipped

How do I know the status of my orders?

To know the status of your orders, an e-mail will be sent to you on the registered e-mail address that you have provided in our website.
