1 .Do you have a return/exchange policy?
The confirmation email from PayEasy will signify that your purchases have already been made. At this point, you will no longer be able to cancel your order in the same manner that a credit/debit card has already been swiped using a physical debit card purchase. Sendpinoygifts.com, may however, replace products sold in any event that the products have been damaged and/or are improperly produced, handled and delivered, beyond the control and knowledge of the recipient on or before 7 days after receipt of the goods.
