Processing of Orders and Delivery Lead Times
Orders placed between 9:00AM- 3:30PM, Mondays to Fridays, Philippine time, will be processed on the same day. Processing would mean procuring the items, arranging and preparing them for delivery the following day or for turn over to our accredited couriers.

* Note : Lead times mentioned above are only for flowers, chocolates, balloons and gift baskets . For food items, delivery lead time may differ depending on the item. Please look at the details of the product in the main page.
If user orders items with different lead times. The delivery shall follow the lead time of the product with the longest delivery lead time indicated (e.g. Boxed cuties – 1 to 2 days, Elmo Cake – 5 to 6 days ; order shall then be delivered following the 5-6 day lead time)
Items ordered after the intended time frame or are received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
For Saturday Metro Manila deliveries, orders should be placed on or before Friday 3:30 PM, Manila time.

NOTE: In case any of the shipping or billing information is deemed incorrect, Sendpinoygifts.com reserves the right to reject the order of the customer. An email will be sent confirming the rejection of the items within 1 business day from time of order.
Specific Delivery Date
Requests for specific date and time of delivery will be accommodated on a best effort basis only . This is taking to account the availability of the item and the courier service. If a particular “preferred delivery date” cannot be met, you will be e-mailed promptly within 1 business day from the receipt of the order :
Please note when specifying specific delivery dates/ time that
a) The Specific Delivery Date must be within the range of the delivery lead time specified in each product ( see product details and shipping policies)
b) If you made 2 orders with different delivery lead times. The order will be sent following the one with longer lead time.
Kindly check your mail for updates on the status of your order.
This policy would encompass delivery requests for peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentine’s and Mother’s day due to large volume of orders being sent during that particular time
We also regret that we cannot commit specific delivery dates/times for provincial deliveries due to the constraints in routing schedules of our couriers
Other Information
Our third party courier service provider is LBC. We will be in close communication with the said provider for the delivery of the items outside Metro Manila. This is to ensure that items ordered will get to the recipients on time.
Fragile and perishable items such as food and cakes will however be delivered by the Sendpinoygifts.com team in all areas of Metro Manila and Destination B.
